Hi There,
As an investor, I had been planning to expand my portfolio, but the pandemic made me think again. However, it proved to be a blessing in disguise as most businesses transitioned to the online medium during the lockdown. The restrictions made businesses take the new route or shut down. Also, e-commerce grew exponentially, which made sure that there was a need for bigger warehouses in the cities as well as the regional areas. The high demand increased the rental yield and the confidence of the buyers, and I invested in a big box warehouse, which is touted to be the next big thing. Here is an article that will give you a clear picture of the future. Read More: https://www.commercialproperty2sell.com.au/blog/2021/06/pandemic-boosts-demand-for-big-box-warehous.php

Fringe World organiser Artrage has confirmed it will drop Woodside as a principal sponsor for the major Perth festival.
