Hello friends,
I recently moved my new home after being a renter for over 10 years. I am married with one small child and it was the right time for me and my wife to find a house and raise our kid. Our family home is in Perth and we made the decision to purchase the property because mortgage payment was less then rent. We had other reasons as well. So, if you are confused about buying or renting, here is your complete guide providing useful insights. https://www.betterremovalistsperth.com.au/is-it-really-best-to-buy-house-instead-of-renting/

Giants of Mandurah fire: Hopes statue can be rebuilt as police offer $25,000 reward for information12/18/2022 A suspicious fire that destroyed a popular art exhibition in Perth's south has caused an outpouring of anger and disbelief, as police offer a $25,000 reward for information.
The fire on Friday night caused extensive damage to Vivi Cirklestone, one of five wooden sculptures created by Danish artist Thomas Dambo and hidden throughout bushland in Mandurah, with a six installed in Subiaco. FORM chief executive Tabitha McMullan, who helped bring the artworks to WA, told ABC Radio Perth she was "absolutely devastated" to hear the news. On a highway in Western Australia's Wheatbelt, the truckie was first to arrive at a shocking scene — a motorcyclist had collided with a kangaroo moments before.
The rider "wasn't good — he was not good at all", Mr Linklater said of the incident a few weeks ago. Mr Linklater rang triple-0, but the men were on a country road a long way from help. After what felt like an eternity to Mr Linklater, an ambulance arrived. "There wasn't really a lot that we could do for him. He was too far gone," Mr Linklater said. A combination of high input costs, labour shortfalls in picking and packing, and flooding in eastern states means less produce is getting to market. Market West chief executive Rod McPherson said fruit and vegetable supply at WA's central markets in Canning Vale was down by about 20 per cent. "Supply is limited … we've seen the growers restrict their production, mostly because of the labour availability," he said.
